PTL is an extremely aggressive malignant with poor progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). PTL performs an inclination to involves the contralateral testis and the central nervous system (CNS), and disseminate to other extranodal sites such as skin, lung, kidney, adrenal, gastrointestinal, and other soft organs [1, 8,9,10]. A phase 2 study revealed that the 5-year PFS and OS rates were 74 and 85% among limited stage primary testicular DLBCL individuals who received anthracycline-containing chemotherapy in combination with rituximab, prophylactic contralateral scrotal radiotherapy and CNS prophylaxis with intrathecal (IT) chemotherapy . Nevertheless, there are fewer studies providing information for advanced stage PTL patients regarding the survival and outcomes. Recently, several retrospective studies demonstrated improved survival in DLBCL of testis with the addition of rituximab [8, 12]. However, survival improvement has not been observed in other analyses . However, several studies revealed that the addition of rituximab to CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) chemotherapy results in significant decrease of CNS relapse in PTL [13,14,15].

Robert Haldane - Nothing is more necessary for Christians than to be well persuaded of the happiness and privileges of their condition, that they may be able to serve God with cheerfulness and freedom of spirit, and to pass through the troubles and difficulties of the world. Here, then, is further consolation: Christians are often in sorrows, sufferings, and trials. This is not in itself joyous, but grievous; but in another point of view it is a matter of joy. Though afflictions in themselves are evil, yet in their effects as overruled and directed by God, they are useful. Yea, all things, of every kind, that happen to the Christian, are overruled by God for his good! (Haldane, R. An Exposition on the Epistle to the Romans)

Marital status is associated with risk for preterm birth. A study of 25,373 pregnancies in Finland revealed that unmarried mothers had more preterm deliveries than married mothers (P=0.001). Pregnancy outside of marriage was associated overall with a 20% increase in total adverse outcomes, even at a time when Finland provided free maternity care. A study in Quebec of 720,586 births from 1990 to 1997 revealed less risk of preterm birth for infants with legally married mothers compared with those with common-law wed or unwed parents.[needs update]
